The second of our services is a professional property management. Management offer is addressed mainly to people who do not have time to deal with issues related to leased property. Under the agreement, the City Property management company takes over all duties in respect of the premises rented by the State in and around Warsaw.
The main obligations under the contract of management, are listed below:
- Representing the owner from companies supplying electricity, gas, water, public television, cable TV, Internet services, air conditioning, waste disposal, heating,
- Entering into agreements with the provider of accounting services related to managed premises,
- Representing the owner before the housing community,
- Receipt of correspondence addressed to the owner,
- Negotiating and concluding in the name and on behalf of the owner of the property insurance contracts,
- Conclusion of the name and on behalf of the owner of any other agreements which the parties deem necessary for the proper management of the premises,
- Signing of the lease and renegotiate the terms of the tenancy before the end of its duration,
- Download and confirmation of payment for the rent through a bank account and the payment due for the invoice on behalf of the owner,
- The collection, validation, and keeping a tenant to pay a deposit at the end of the lease,
- Check-temporary future tenants for the duration of the lease.
